SECTION 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the DISC personality assessment available at www.tarkowski.edu.pl, as well as the rules for subscribing to our newsletter and the processing of personal data in connection with these services.

By using the website, taking the DISC assessment, subscribing to the newsletter or ordering any services, you accept these terms.
SECTION 2 – SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Users can access the DISC personality assessment in three variants:
- Extended version (free):
Requires first name and email address. Users receive a summary of your DISC results including personality profile, chart and suggestions on screen and via email. - Extended version (free, with newsletter):
By subscribing to the educational newsletter, users receive the same summary including personality profile, chart and suggestions. - Full version (paid):
Includes personalized interpretation based on additional input via email interview, the DISC handbook in PDF (if they haven’t purchased one yet), and a digital certificate of completion.
Optional paid consultations may be offered separately and are not covered by these terms.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESS
- For the full DISC report, a payment is required as listed on the website https://tarkowski.edu.pl/disc-assessment/.
- Payment is made via bank transfer. Account details are provided in a reply email upon receiving your order.
- The service is delivered after payment is received and, if applicable, after completing the DISC test and email interview.
- If the user fails to provide the required responses within 14 days of payment, the administrator may:

Prepare the report based on general DISC data,

Consider the service as fulfilled,

Or refund the payment minus processing costs.

SECTION 4 – PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (PRIVACY NOTICE / GDPR)

Your answers in the DISC assessment (for report generation and statistical analysis),

Optional additional information if you order the full version.

SECTION 5 – NEWSLETTER
1. Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and requires name and email.
2. The newsletter includes educational, promotional and service-related content.
3. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us directly.
4. Your email will be stored until you withdraw your consent or the newsletter service is discontinued.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All materials provided through the DISC assessment and full service – including the PDF handbook and DISC report – are protected by copyright.
2. You may not copy, redistribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. DISC results are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice and diagnosis.
2. The automated system is based on the user’s own responses. Accuracy depends on the sincerity and context of your input.
3. The administrator is not responsible for any decisions or consequences resulting from the use of DISC results.
4. Free versions are used entirely at the user’s own risk. They should not be used to make health, legal, or employment decisions without additional context and support
5. We do not guarantee continuous access to the website or system. In case of technical issues, no compensation will be offered, especially for free services.
6. For technical support, contact us via email. We do not take responsibility for issues caused by third-party software, user devices or email filters.
7. Free versions of the DISC test do not constitute a formal service under EU consumer law, and no financial claims may arise from their use.
SECTION 8 – PAID SERVICE: FULL DISC REPORT
The full version includes:

Detailed interpretation of extended DISC test results,

Email-based interview and personalized suggestions,

The DISC handbook in PDF (if you haven’t purchased one yet),

Digital certificate of completion.
Terms:

Full payment is required upfront,
-
No refund is possible once the service starts,
-
If no email response is received within 14 days, the administrator may deliver a generic version or consider the order fulfilled,
-
Incomplete use of the service by the user does not entitle to partial refund,
-
Refunds or overpayments may be subject to administrative fees, depending od the work required to manage the service,
- The applicable fee will be communicated to the user before processing the refund or adjustment,
-
Invoices are issued based on the payment and user-provided details. VAT may or may not be included, depending on the applicable tax regulations and the buyer’s country of residence. In some cases, the buyer may be responsible for self-assessing and paying VAT or equivalent taxes under their local laws,

Invoice changes after issuance may incur handling fees or be refused entirely, depending on administrative workload, legal deadlines, system limitations, or accounting rules applicable in the provider’s country.
